As agreed/due, as indicated in the draft attached, I am sending you and offering payment for ….. (reason…../the purchase of ……) at the price of ….., which is already available starting today.
The funds are deposited at Neobank/IMEL …….. in a dedicated account specifically for the above-mentioned reason, as a deposit and escrow for check documents, appointed by me.
You will receive a secret token code separately from this communication, which will be communicated to you by Neobank/IMEL to access the dedicated page and receive your funds.
You will receive the money automatically when I receive the documents/files.
I’ll explain how it work:
When you receive the contact from NeoBanca/IMEL, you will need to:
1) register (it’s easy, even with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
2) fill out the accompanying document I prepared for you (it contains the same text as the one I’m attaching (it cannot be edited), which you can view at www………/cloud/……. ams3/ ……..), download it
and attach your digital signature with SPID or other (you’ll find further instructions on the page dedicated to you!) and save it (without changing the name) on your computer.
3) enter the details of where you want to receive your money. (IBAN, Wallet Card, or other) and enable the financial transfer to NeoBank/IMEL (see costs and various savings opportunities).
4) Upload your pending document/file in PDF/DOC/XLS/MP3/MP4 format, or other format, to the dedicated link space (drive, etc.) or attach it to the NeoBank/IMEL portal.
5) Upload the accompanying document I’ve prepared for you, without changing the name, with your digital signature attached (with SPID or other; you’ll find further instructions on the dedicated page for you!).
If everything is in order, when you upload the files, you’ll receive a confirmation message confirming the delivery of the two documents, with a copy of the documents sent.
Case 1 – Document/file to be received is unknown
The NeoBank/IMEL back office will check the content of your document to see if it complies with the draft agreement between us.
If you have any doubts, or if your document is damaged or needs editing, you will be notified and will need to reupload the correct document as soon as possible. Your payment will remain valid until the specified date.
If you have any further questions or concerns, the Neobank/IMEL will contact you and invite you to participate in the document correction process via chat or video call.
Only then is the back office authorized to remotely preview your document/file in a protected, non-valid format, pending my confirmation.
Once everything is confirmed, the Neobank/IMEL back office will automatically send you the payment confirmation data, all at once.
Case 2 – Document/File Already Agreed Upon
If the text of the document I sent you as a draft conforms to what was previously agreed upon, and the file name has not been modified and/or digitally altered (this can happen!), you can sign it and deliver it to NeoBank/IMEL, which will automatically send you the payment under the terms you specified. This means everything went smoothly.
If you don’t receive the confirmation message immediately or the payment doesn’t arrive within 24 business hours, you can contact the call center at …….. who will assist you.
