How does it work?
It works like dropshipping. It’ s a digitale escrow services

Digital escrow services are third-party solutions that securely store digital assets (such as source code, company data, cryptographic keys) or funds, releasing them only when predefined conditions in an escrow agreement are met. This ensures trust and security in complex transactions, protecting both the developer and the customer from fraud or default risks. These services are essential for business continuity and intellectual property protection, ensuring access to source code or funds only in specific scenarios, such as vendor bankruptcy.


Our service is generally used for the sale of “digital goods” such as contracts, drawings, schematics, blueprints, and other items that are sold between parties.
The seller enters the file and communicates to the other party the “code” for the digital good (contract or other) they receive from us.
The buyer enters the code, views the draft and general information, checks, and pays. They instantly receive the download of the “digital good” via email.
We automatically collect the dropshipping service fee (generally €10) from those who request it.

Please note: We do not see, view, or verify the texts and data entered. This is confidential between the parties.
We do NOT keep copies of the files, data, or documents. When they are sent from one party to another, the file is delivered.
When there are multiple buyers or multiple copies of files, the quantity of goods for sale is limited.
Additional features include:
As many codes as there are files to sell can be delivered.
Codes can be limited to a list of customers (even just one).

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS
For SELLERS (The Seller)

Data Upload: Fill out the secure form indicating the Document Name and the Price you wish to collect. Our commission will be automatically added to the final price. Financial or banking transaction fees will be automatically deducted from the payment.

Two Separate Files:

Preview File: Upload a draft (e.g., with a watermark or only a partial one) visible to the buyer for confirmation.

Original File: Upload the complete file. This file is encrypted and will only be unlocked after payment.

Security and Expiration: Choose whether to protect the file with an additional password and specify the expiration date. If the file is not sold by that date, it will be destroyed.

The seller must check three boxes: “I declare under my sole responsibility that I own the rights to these files and indemnify the platform from any liability. I also declare that the draft files have already been privately agreed upon between the parties. I declare that the two files are directly connected to each other, free from forgery or fraudulent tampering.”

Receipt of Code: Finally, you will receive an Identification Code (and the link) to send to your buyer.

You will receive the money, via split payment, in the account you indicated, as soon as the buyer completes the purchase by payment card.

For the BUYER (The Recipient)

Access: Go to the “Redeem Document” section and enter the Identification Code received from the seller.

Verification: View the preview (draft) and the pricing conditions. If the seller has set a password, you will need to enter it to proceed.

Payment and Download: Make a secure payment (no account registration required, just your email address).

Immediate Delivery: You will instantly receive the link to download the Original File via email.

NO-LOG PRIVACY GUARANTEE: Our role is purely technical and temporary.

We do not open files: The content is confidential between the parties.

Automatic Destruction: Once the file is downloaded (or upon the specified expiration date), the documents are permanently deleted from our servers. No copies are kept.

1. Description of Goods

4. Delivery / Collection

2) I enter the address to whom the document should be sent via email, WhatsApp, or cell phone, or other means.

3) I send it.

The other party can view the draft document and, upon confirmation, open the payment page.

4) The other party makes the payment.

4b) The document is automatically converted into a legal document in PDFA or PDF7m format.

4c) An email is sent to both parties with:

4c1) The attached document is ready for download (including a link).

4c2) The document is integrated into the text of the payment receipt, as a payment receipt for that document, indicating the name of the attached file and a link to open, locate, and retrieve that document.
